He is survived by: his father Otis Sr.; his children, Desean, Ashley, Anthony, Arianna, Kieley and Dehvin; and his siblings, Michael, Gina, Sadrina and Steven. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Edina Chapel (5000 W 50th St, Edina, MN 55436). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
