He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lotzer and Mary Lotzer. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his son John Lotzer (Jamie); his brother Tom Lotzer; and his sibling's children, Amy Romero, Melissa McCormick, Todd Lotzer, Scott Lotzer and Greg Lotzer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM.
