He is survived by: his wife Sally Starner (Olson); his sons, Scott Starner (Laura) and Todd Starner (Catherine); his grandchildren, Jennifer Starner, Kristin Clements (Jason), Nicholas and Alexis Starner; his sister Joanne Taylor; his sister-in-law Barbara Starner; his nephews, Tom Starner, Christopher and Kellen Taylor; and his niece Jane Hall.
