He is survived by: his wife Marlene "Missy" Theisen; his children, Melissa (Joe), Nichole (Cory), Brianne, John (Mel) and Becky (Mike); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Jeremy, Juniper, Ayden, Finn, Teddy and Lane. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
