He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Zieska and Reta Zieska; and his siblings, Karen Nelson and Stanley Zieska. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann O'Brien; his children, Rebecca Hanson and Daniel Zieska (Sarah); his sisters, Bonny Quintana (Elidio), Martha Helms (Lanny), Cathy Beck (Craig) and Adela Zieska; his stepdaughter Doreen O'Brien (Jeff Engel); and his close friend Gary Peck. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washburn-McReavy Hillside Funeral Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Washburn-McReavy Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
