He is survived by: his wife Bich Ngoc Nguyen Berg; his daughters, Laurie Petersen (Rich), Shelly Deutsch (Joel) and Tracy Corkran (Dan); his stepdaughter Ruby Nguyen; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Nicole, Brittany, Sam, Casey, Cody, Jordan and Cameron. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
