He is survived by: his brothers, Richard and Rodger; his great grandchild Gabriella; his wife Maureen; his sons, John Blake (Linda), Tim Blake and David Blake (Gail); his grandchildren, Jennifer Dorn (Brandon), Nicole Tweed (Angelo), Lauren Schmidt (Trevor), Carl Blake and Andron Blake; and his sister Kathy Kerber.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Good Shepherd (145 Jersey Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55426). A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Robert's memory to Good Shepherd Catholic Church, honoring his lifelong commitment to his faith and community.
