He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Vilas and Maggie Vilas. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Hanks; his daughters, Robyn Hanks (Danny), Carlene Hanks (Tony) and Cheryl Hanks; his stepson Jeff Hanks; his grandchildren, Charlie, Chase, Austin, Aaliyah, Tykie and Tony Jr.; and his sister Toni Vilas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Building (1308 E Franklin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55404).
