He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Roger Green, Amy Feole (Nevin Withee) and Annie Manfre (Stephen); his grandchildren, Andrew, Isabelle, Emilia, Joseph, Alix and Alayna; and his sisters, Gina Russo and Judy Ruehlmann (Dave). He is also survived by many relatives and good friends.
