He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his daughters, Kathy Chase-Johnson and Tracey Weidner (Tom Weidner); and his grandchildren, Chase Johnson (Anna Johnson), Kyle Johnson (Megan Johnson), Madeleine Fowler (Kyle Fowler) and Natalie Weidner. He is also survived by his great grand-children.
