We announce the death of Rose Marie Lubbesmeyer (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 93. Rose will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Tomporowski and Rosella Tomporowski (Krawiecki); her husband William Lubbesmeyer; her grandson Grant Gibbs; and her siblings, William Tomporowski (Dorothy), Clothilde Jedlicki (Benedict), Lorraine Pintok (George), Florence Radford (Jack), Martin Tomporowski and Rita Johnson (Kenneth).
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Micheletti (Don), Luann Gibbs (Greg), Mark Lubbesmeyer, Aimee Martinson and Annette Lubbesmeyer; her grandchildren, Alexa, Allison, Will, Dyllan, Luke and Krista; and her great grandchild Lorenzo.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (4625 W 125th St, Savage, MN 55378). A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (4625 W 125th St, Savage, MN 55378).
