It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sheldon Irwin Feldman (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Feldman and Albert Feldman; and his granddaughter Sarah Feldman. He is survived by: his wife Gerry Oretzki (Manitoba); and his children, Elaine Johnson (Michael), Howard Feldman (Julie), Jeffrey Feldman (Nadara) and Marcia Chalmers. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Due to the global pandemic in 2020, Sheldon officially retired, eye chart in hand, after 63 years.
