He was predeceased by: his son Wally Pawlyshyn; his parents, Walter Pawlyshyn and Maria Pawlyshyn; his in-laws, Ivan and Tania Konopliv; his siblings, Olga Pawlyshyn Lozowy, Katherine Pawlyshyn Papirchuk, Mike Pawlyshyn and Bill Pawlyshyn; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Papirchuk, Nick Konopliv, Walter Konopliv and Margie Konopliv.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Konopliv; his daughter-in-law Terry; his sons, Paul (Sue), Steve (Renee), Bill (Sharon) and John (Marcy); his grandchildren, Matty (Ahna), Natalie (Bennett), Madison (Nate), Hannah (Brennan), Grace, Max (Tara), Sophie, Marko, Whitney, Emily, Carson, Ben and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Brody, Riley, Harrison and Miles; his sister Sally Pawlyshyn Gallagher (Tom); and his sisters-in-law, Barb Pawlyshyn, Mary Pawlyshyn and Nettie Konopliv. He is also survived by several cousins, many nieces and nephews and some great friends and neighbors.
