He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Joseph Schaefer and Patricia Schaefer. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Patricia Middleton and Nancy Morgan (Dan); and his sister-in-law Charlene Schaefer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
