She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Louis Sr. and Eva Louis Wise (Clark); her siblings, Richard Wise, Thomas Louis and Mary Kay Frost; her caregiver Loretta Ayson; her pet Dolly; and her friends, Kathryn Ayson and Leo Ayson.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Wise and Rachel Meade of Bucyrus; her family, Larry, Tanoa, Juanita and Debra; and her caregiver JamieLou. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
