Teresa Zaloski Obituary
Teresa Hildegarde Zaloski (née Walsh), born on September 7, 1959, in El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully in home hospice care on April 27, 2025, in Minneapolis, Minnesota after fighting a courageous battle with a long term illness.
A devoted nurse, loving family member, and passionate explorer of life's wonders, Teresa-known affectionately as Terry-leaves behind a legacy of compassion, creativity, and deep connection to the natural world.
Terry earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota and dedicated her professional life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse. Her commitment to nursing was more than a career-it was a calling that echoed the path of her grandmother before her.
Throughout her lifelong service in healthcare, Terry touched countless lives with her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication.
Beyond her profession, Terry found joy and inspiration in the arts, travel, music, writing, and especially nature. She had a particular love for the American Southwest-its vast skies and ancient landscapes spoke to her soul.
Chaco Canyon held a special place in her heart.
Alongside her beloved husband Andrew and their son Devin, she visited the region extensively. Together they explored hidden canyons and remote places few ever see-adventures that reflected Terry's belief that "the journey is the reward."
Terry's creative spirit shone brightly through her collaborations with Andrew on his film and art projects and with Devin on musical endeavors. She was a constant source of encouragement and inspiration for her family's dreams and pursuits. Her support was steadfast and filled with love.
