He is survived by: his wife Mary; his brothers, William (Kathy) and Joel; his children, John (Meredith), David, Patrick (Dawn) and Molly; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Rachel, Annabel, Laurel (Connor), Jaxon and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Rori and Isla; his nephew Dennis; and his nieces, Kim, Andrea and Lindsay.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
