He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Collins and Clyde Collins; and his grandparents, Ray and Ivah. He is survived by: his wife Susan Jane Blickensderfer; his children, Rachel (Mike) and Reuben (Melanie); his grandchildren, Claire, Clyde and Paige; and his sister Donna (Elden).
