He was predeceased by: his daughter Regina Marie Audette; his parents, Douglas Audette and Agnes Audette; and his brothers, Douglas and John Audette.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Audette; his children, Erica Shotwell (John), Tim Audette (Brenda) and Cassie Audette; his grandchildren, Olivia, Alex (Laurel), Katie, Daisy, Johnny, Sariya and Ethan; and his great grandchild Moses. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450). Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Revive Church (7849 W Broadway, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
