He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A Callahan and Susan J Callahan (Smith). He is survived by: his siblings, Nell, Pat and Phil (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Mary Cuff (Joe), Ann Callahan (Alex McDonough), Meghan Callahan (Kevin Inlay), Robert Gurska (Jenny), Daniel Gurska (Kelsy Karrigan) and Kevin Callahan (Coco); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabella, Jimmy, Grace, Abel, Eddie, Ted, Lou and Harriet.

Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice, where Tim was provided exemplary care in his last days.
