He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lou and Mary Lou; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Polly; his sons, Alexander (Sarah), Nicholas, Zachary (Lisa) and Christopher (Ashley); his grandchildren, Grace, Madeleine, Lowell, Addison, Kirby and Suzette; and his brother Gregg (Jane).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral (1701 5th St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to the Cathedral or to the ALS Association of MN.
