He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Ulferts (LaPour). He is survived by: his father David Sebesta (Jan); his daughters, Courtnee Sebesta and Karynn Sebesta; his granddaughters, Abby and Allie; and his brother Jerrid Sebesta (Emily). He is also survived by stepsiblings, nieces, nephews.
