He was predeceased by: his wife Dalene "Bunny" Swinburne Running; and his brother Charles Kennedy Running Jr. (Charlie). He is survived by: his sister Alyce Mary Dillon; his nephews, David James and Charles Matthew Dillon; his nieces-in-law, Susanne Lovejoy and Lamyai "Min" Chomkhamsing; his great-niece Marria Lovejoy; his nephews, Nomi and Meca Lovejoy; his sister-in-law Lora Quenemoen-Running; his niece Kelly Running; his nephew Jet Quenemoen; and his great-nephew Taj Esalen.
