He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth "Cece" Seth Barclay and Robert Arthur Barclay; and his sisters, Elizabeth Wortor Nimley Taylor and Robertetta Barclay. He is survived by: his wife Sophie Mason Barclay; and his siblings, Sarah Barclay Kofa, Dr. Mac Arthur Wolo, Annette Barclay and Piso Barclay. He is also survived by ten children—five biological and five stepchildren—twenty-two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
