He was predeceased by: his parents, August Bottelberghe and Gabriella Bottelberghe (Maeyaert); his brother Richard Bottelberghe; his brother-in-law Bernie Wambeke; and his son-in-law LaVern Evers.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Neyens of Minneota; his children, Steve Bottelberghe (Janet) of Minneota, Tammy Evers of Minneota, Sue Schriever (Terry) of Shakopee and Valerie Folkens (Blair) of Sleepy Eye; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Bottelberghe, Jacob Bottelberghe (Rebecca), Megan Wilson (Tyler), Allison Lanoue (Jordan), Nicole Laleman (Mark), Emily Schriever, Adam Schriever, Rachel Schriever, Landry Folkens, Grady Folkens and Laney Folkens; his great grandchildren, Grayson Metcalfe, Truett Bottelberghe, Carson Bottelberghe, Isaac Lanoue, Lucy Lanoue and Baby Laleman; and his siblings, Donald Bottelberghe (Marie), Louie Bottelberghe (Nancy), Josephine Van Keulen (Harvey) and Darlene Wambeke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Horvath Remembrance Center (124 E 1st St, Minneota, MN 56264). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Eloi Catholic Church (306 W McQuestion St, Minneota, MN 56264).
