He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Burt and Helen Burt (Glenna); and his siblings, Gene, Karen Kunce and Judy Burt.

He is survived by : his mother-in-law Karen Martinson; his wife Karen; his daughters, Allison Welling (Dave) of Las Vegas, NV and Kristina Constantine (Phil) of Silverthorne, CO; his brothers, Donald Burt and Darwin Burt (Kate); and his sister-in-law Patty Martinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
