We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Ruth E. Grulkowski of Minnesota City, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Smith and Violet Smith (Raveill); her brothers, Melvin, Robert and Leon; and her grandson Mitchell Averbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Feuling, Alice Averbeck (Tom) and Curtis Jr. Jonsgaard (Lisa); her grandchildren, Latasha Larson (James), Alexia Averbeck, Kayla Jonsgaard, Mckenzie Feuling and Kelsy Jonsgaard; her great grandchildren, Rylee Larson and Porter Larson; her husband Joe; and her siblings, Paul, Bud Smith, Judy Dickson, LaVonne Selden and Diannia Scherbring (LeRoy). She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home (376 E Sarnia St, Winona, MN 55987). A prayer was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka (625 E 4th St, Winona, MN 55987).
