With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Denise (Pederson) Nix in Minnetonka, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Donald Batalia; and her husband John Nix. She is survived by: her mother Dianne Batalia (Kahn) of Hayden, Idaho; her children, Shaun Pederson of Winsted and Kaylin Pederson of Palestine, Texas; her grandchildren, Liam, Riley and Savanah; and her siblings, Debbie Pederson of Coeur d'Alene, Leny Pederson (Barb) of Kingston, Donald Pederson Jr. of Pinehurst and Hank Askin (Leia) of Glenville, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
