He was predeceased by: his parents, Struan Complin and Virginia Complin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; and his children, Andrea Welter (Rick Berg), Chris Fobbe (Brian), Suzy Fobbe (Terry), Jennifer Welter, Megan James (Brian) and Dan Complin (Angie). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
