In the vast expanse of eternity, Gerald Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gerald Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Janet Swedal (Scott), Robert Rosovitz (Diane) and Mary Jo Rosovitz (MJ); his grandsons, Nicholas and Carter Swedal; and his siblings, Patricia and Joseph. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

“Jerry has been a dear friend for over 50 years. We met as fellow IBMers in the mid 60's in Cleveland Ohio. We later ended up in very different parts of the country, but never lost touch. While we didn't spend a lot of time together, what time we were together was always 'an experience'. Whether archery hunting, a fly in fishing trip in Canada, or one of three group vacation trips with a third IBM couple, his great sense of humor was always a joy. He will be seriously missed.”
