He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest "Fo" Leveille and Elvera "Ole" Leveille. He is survived by: his wife Chris Kellogg; his children, Kris (Nelson), Al (Sarah), Kevin (Carrie), Sarah (Derek) and Miriam (Ian); his grandchildren, Diego, William, Finley, Seneva, Brennan, Tennyson, Josie, Asher and Marcus; and his sisters, Rosemary (Dennis) and Sue (Stan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
