Joann Barbara Lowrie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joann Barbara Lowrie of Minnetonka, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Toy and Kathryn Toy; and her siblings, Richard Toy and Cynthia Pearson. She is survived by: her daughter Noelle Lowrie (Brian Hallock); her sister Susan Doering (Michael); her sister-in-law Barbara Toy; her nieces, Kristen Applegate (Brian) and Michelle Przybilla (Eric); her nephew James Doering; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Doering, Emma Applegate, Erik Applegate and Ember; and her friend Janelle Stang (Thomas).

In-lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Swedish Institute of Minnesota in Joann Lowrie's memory.
