Thomas MacIntosh; his significant other Jennie; his children, Oscar, Cade and Marlo; his stepmother Elaine; his sister Lee Wilka (Jim); his sibling's children, Brienne and Kelly; and his friends, Justin Bradford, Jerry Bravo and Victor Lund.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mercy Hill Church (15414 Minnetonka Industrial Rd, Minnetonka, MN 55345). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd.
