She was predeceased by : her parents, Carroll Forsberg and Violet Forsberg; her daughter Kirsten Malmstrom; and her brothers, Courtney and John Forsberg.

She is survived by : her husband Duane Malmstrom; her children, Eric Malmstrom and Kari Gilpatric; and her grandchildren, Piper and Nova Gilpatric.
