He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Rogness and Nora Rogness (Preus); and his brothers, Paul and Andrew (Patti). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Lisa McDermott (Tim) of Northfield, Mary (Jeff Hasse) of Minneapolis and Michelle Pfeiffer (Patrick) of Bozeman, MT; his grandchildren, Sam, Nathaniel, Ella, Madeline and Bronwyn; and his siblings, Michael (Eva), Martha and Peter (Gerry).

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (16515 Luther Way, Eden Prairie, MN 55346).
