Susan Phyllis Van Cleaf Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 13, 2025, at the age of 81, Susan Phyllis Van Cleaf of Minnetonka, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Susan Phyllis Van is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Susan Phyllis Van's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her mother Johanna Sprague. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Kristin (Mike) and William Louis (Gail); and her grandsons, Elliot and Hunter. She is also survived by numerous coworkers and friends.
