He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foy and Marie Foy; and his wife Gail. He is survived by: his children, Robert (Amy), David (Michelle), Richard (Geri), Christina Jensen (Eric), Tamaleah Sargent and Marcia Milne (John); and his brothers, William M. Foy, Jr. and James H. Foy (Kay).
