He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Tanhoff and Mable Tanhoff (Behm); his former wife Katheryne Nilson; his mother-in-law Helen Johnson; his siblings, Bob Tanhoff, Dorothy Eliason, Artie Jane Early, Rosemary Tanhoff and Bruce Tanhoff; and his in-laws, Jerry Nilson, Jan Nilson, Gayle Nilson and Stan Wilkes.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye; his children, Ryan Snyder (Kim) of Shakopee, MN, RoxAnne Snyder, Tari Tanhoff (Kimberly) of Hopkins, MN and Tad Tanhoff (Kami) of Montevideo, MN; and his pet Max. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews along with numerous extended family.
