He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Owens and Carlyn Owens (Palmer); and his brother Dennis Gregory Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, David Owens (Karen), Richard Owens of Fayetteville, AR, Kathleen Velde (David) of Granite Falls, Douglas Owens (Sandy) of Fargo, ND, Mary Gross (Mike) of Chandler, AZ and Sara Granger of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
