He was predeceased by: his parents, John Billings and Katherine Billings (Christensen); his spouse Jean Lois Ward; his daughter Jazell Olson; his siblings, Kenny Billings and Florence Olson; and his son-in-law David Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Fairchild (Don) of Montevideo, Jo Meier of Lake Benton, MN, John Billings (Claudia) of Neosho, MO and Judd Billings of St. Michael, MN; his grandchildren, Jim Fairchild, Mike Fairchild (Darci), Allison Neilson (Jack), Chris Meier (Theresa), Dan Meier (Melinda), Jen Bose (Mike), Andrea Jenks (Jeff), Dereck Olson (Breanna), Tia Elshere (Scott), Katie Billings, Cole Billings and Kari Billings; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Haugen (James) of Milan, MN and Joan Swanson (John) of Estherville, IA.. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
