It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlyn Virginia Rud of Montevideo, Minnesota, born in Sheyenne, North Dakota, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eivind Svor and Mabel Svor (Hanson); her husband Chester Rud; her daughter-in-law Agnes Rud; and her brother Jack Svor.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Rud of Murrells Inlet, SC, Jerome Rud of Greencastle, IN and Judith White (Jim) of Murrells Inlet, SC; and her grandchildren, Randy Rud-Cloud (Ryan), Patrick Rud (Catherine Martinez) and Kaitlyn White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
