He is survived by: his daughter Heather (Steve); his daughter-in-law Julie Skonard; his grandson Isaac Sulflow (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Harper, Rowan and Beckam; his granddaughter Grace Eickhoff (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Emerson, Baker, Saylor, Palmer and Scottie; his granddaughter Sarah Collins (Brenden); his great grandchild Everhett; his granddaughter Noelle Aker (Elijah); his great grandchildren, Avery and Ellie; his grandsons, Jonah Sulflow (Gretchen Smidt) and David Skonard (Helen); his great grandchild Nina; his grandchild Ashlie Wigton (Logan); his great grandchildren, Carson, Calen and Colston; his sisters, Gail Schultz (Ron), Judy Winge, Laurie Denbrook (Roger) and Melanie Paavola (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Dawn Goulson and Mary Nell French (Gregg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Rock Haven Church (716 Benson Rd, Montevideo, MN 56265). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
