Sheryl Maus Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheryl Maus of Montevideo, Minnesota, who passed away on February 7, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Cushman and Ruth Cushman (McCoy); her husband Francis Maus; and her brothers, Larry and Timothy.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Mills (Jon) of St. Cloud, Steven Maus (Karla) of Montevideo and Julie Maus of Montevideo; her grandchildren, Samantha Mills of Milwaukee and Jonathon Mills (Rick Stoermann) of San Diego; her sister Jolene Phillips (Thomas) of Park Rapids; and her sister-in-law Fern Stegeman of Clara City.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Minnesota River Valley Cancer Connections.
