It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Wehrspann of Montevideo, Minnesota, who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Chaulsett (Calvert) and Hollis Chaulsett. She is survived by: her husband Del; her daughters, Tammy Wehrspann (Nicholas Hofstad) and Jodie Wehrspann; her grandchildren, Emma Mudgett (Trevor), Sara Weeding (Joe) and Aidan Sirek; and her pets, Curley, Matilda and Pearl.

In lieu of flowers and trees, Shirley would appreciate donations to Pioneer PBS Public Television, Chippewa County Historical Society, and the Land Stewardship Project.
