He was predeceased by: his parents, Bickford Hobbs and Evangeline Hobbs (Disselbret); his brother Duane Hobbs; his mother-in-law Edna Clark; his niece Brenda Hobbs Potter; and his sister-in-law Maureen Hobbs.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Clark; his children, Beth Smith (Justin) and Jasen Hobbs (Amanda); his grandchildren, Cole Reitan (Ragan), Alex Smith (Rylee), Peyton Smith, Bronson Hobbs and Alice Hobbs; and his siblings, James Hobbs of Park River, ND, Janet Fettig (Richard) of Bismarck, ND and Barbara Collins (Tim) of Park River, ND. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
