He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kukacka of Montgomery; his children, Bruce Kukacka of Heidelberg, Dale Kukacka (Denyl) of Heidelberg, Victoria Tambornino (Jay) of New Ulm, Roxann Schneider (Todd) of Savage, Linda Ellanson (Jesse) of New Prague, Betty Krenik (Mark) of Madison Lake, Denise Krautkremer (Matt) of Montgomery, Barbara Priebe (Tom) of Savage and Gail Burlage (Brett) of Independence, Iowa; his siblings, Harriet Marek of Lakeville and Jerome Kukacka (Jeanette) of Montgomery; and his brother-in-law Francis Kalal. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
