With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Georgina Beatrice Barta of Montgomery, Minnesota, who passed away on September 10, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flicek and Bessie Flicek (Trcka); her husband Ben E. Barta; her siblings, Elmer Flicek (Marion), Lorraine Adamek (Myles) and Lillian Havlicek (Joe); her son-in-law Kenneth Ellman; her brother-in-law Elmer Bartusek; her daughter-in-law Shirley Barta; her nephews, Gerald Ziskovsky, Elmer Bartusek, Jr. and Elmer Flicek, Jr.; and her granddaughter Kathy Ellman.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Kaisersatt (Leonard) of Montgomery, Ben F. Barta of Montgomery, Irene Ellman of New Prague and Janet Barta of New Prague; her sisters, Evelyn Bartusek of Webster, Betty Ann Ziskovsky (Joe) of Lonsdale and Donna Dols (Ron) of New Prague; and her grandson-in-law Darrell Kes. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
