He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Adamek and Hattie Adamek (Rezac); his granddaughter Jessica Adamek; his siblings, Ronald Adamek, Kevin Adamek (Marlene) and Grace Adamek; his brothers-in-law, Fritz Novak, Al Viskocil, Lloyd Viskocil and LaDene Peitersen; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Eleanor Viskocil (Kukacka).
He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Viskocil; his children, Tammy Adamek (Nick Holicky), Tim Adamek, Wendy Sembauer (Rick) and Brian Adamek (Danae); his sister Joyce Novak; and his in-laws, Kate Adamek, Linda Dahn, Larry Viskocil (Mary Ann), Lenore Viskocil, Ruth Viskocil, Rosie Viskocil and John Peitersen. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
