He is survived by: his girlfriend Ginny McEvoy; his children, Sandy Prochaska of Belle Plaine, Mary Dewald (Jeremy) of Le Center, Bob Prochaska of Savage and John Prochaska of Montgomery; his girlfriend's daughters, Veronica Higgins (Dan) of Florence, AZ and Casey McEvoy of Florence, AZ.; and his siblings, Mike Prochaska (Cathy) of New Prague, Rod Prochaska of New Prague, Marlene Prochaska of Mendota Heights, Darlene Walsh (Steve) of Shakopee and Raenell Dorn (Harvey) of Eden Prairie. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews other family and friends.
