He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Holey and Clara Holey (Peterka); his siblings, Frank Holey (Anna), Alice Moravec (Eugene), Anna Holey, Milo Holey (Helen) and Rose Marie Havlicek (William); and his siblings' children, Donald Moravec, Milo Holey Jr., Merle Havlicek and Lori Havlicek Torres.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Frank’s children- Adeline Smisek and Mary Ann Malecha, Alice’s children- Clarence, Harold, Darlene Malecha, Delores Novotny, Dorothy and Debra Warnemunde, Milo’s children- Betty Messner, Jean Wolfe, JoAnn Shaughnessy and Rose Marie’s children- Kurt, Craig, Karla Newman, and Mary Williams; and his great-niece Brenda Pederson (Smisek).
